Digital Courses Refunds:
We can issue a refund for any digital course purchased, provided that the request is made within 7 business days of the purchase date. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

eBooks and Digital Products:
As all eBooks and digital products are clearly labeled and delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds for products purchased under the assumption that they are physical items. We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description before purchasing.
